Client Advisor - Swiss Onshore Market

Job Description
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and diverse team within J.P. Morgan's Swiss private banking business. We are looking for exceptionally talented individuals who are collaborative, confident, and motivated to deliver a first-class experience to our clients.Tasks
As a Client Advisor at J.P. Morgan in Zurich, you would lead new client acquisition and retention through comprehensive knowledge of investments, banking, fiduciary services, and financial planning. You would also be responsible for the client experience and leverage our resources to deliver a comprehensive wealth management solution. Responsibilities include:- Generate results and acquire new assets
- Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide customers with interdisciplinary expertise when needed
- Ensure that proposed solutions meet customer needs and objectives in the short, medium, and long term.
- Strictly comply with all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.
- Collaborate with other client advisors in the team to maximize team strength and achieve team goals.
Requirements
The requirements for this position are:- Extensive experience in private banking with high net worth individuals in Zurich and the surrounding regions
- Previous experience in business development with knowledge of profit planning, negotiation, and proactive referral acquisition
- Dynamic and credible professional with clear communication and exceptional presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to business management
- Experience or proven understanding of investments, banking, and fiduciary concepts
- Strong reputation with an established network
- Fluent English and German
Preferred qualifications
Preferred qualifications are:- Asset allocation / multi-asset class portfolio or sales experience
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in an internal culture that values innovation, customer service, internal partnership, and entrepreneurship
- Fluent French and/or Italian
