The position of Executive Director and Client Advisor at J.P. Job Description

As a Client Advisor at J.P. Morgan in Zurich, you would lead new client acquisition and retention through comprehensive knowledge of investments, banking, fiduciary services, and financial planning. You would also be responsible for the client experience and leverage our resources to deliver a comprehensive wealth management solution. Key responsibilities include:- Generate results and acquire new assets
- Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking transactions.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide customers with interdisciplinary expertise
- Ensure that proposed solutions meet customer needs and objectives in the short, medium, and long term.
- Strictly comply with all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.
- Collaborate with other Client Advisors on the team to maximize team strength and achieve team goals
Requirements
The required qualifications, skills, and knowledge include:- Extensive experience in private banking with high net worth individuals in Zurich and the surrounding regions
- Previous experience in business development with knowledge of profit and loss statements, negotiation, and proactive acquisition of referrals
- Dynamic and credible professional with clear communication and outstanding presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach
- Knowledge of investments, banking, and fiduciary concepts, including but not limited to: asset allocation, structured products, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and credit solutions, basic fiduciary and estate products, and wealth planning.
- Strong reputation with an established network
- Fluent English and German
Preferred qualifications
The preferred qualifications, skills, and knowledge include:- Asset allocation or experience in asset sales is an advantage
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in an internal culture that values innovation, customer service, internal partnership, and entrepreneurship
- Fluent French and/or Italian
