The role

Are you a proactive, outgoing person? And do you thrive on advising customers with the help of the latest technologies? Then get in touch with us. We are looking for a colleague who has a flair for customer concerns and feels at home in the digital world.

Core tasks

• Maintaining long-term customer relationships and acquiring new international customers.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps for your advice. In this way, you take customers on our journey into the future: You encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

Requirements

• Commercial training, ideally with further training in the banking or financial sector
• Sound understanding of the stock and/or foreign exchange market
• Knowledge of the local market and F
• Enjoy dealing with people,
• Passion for sales and high service
• Committed to the bank's success
• Fluent German and English
