Your role

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated colleague to support our Account Manager in the delivery of exceptional services.

Your tasks

• Daily direct contact with external asset managers and multi-family offices.
• Professional and efficient support in managing customer inquiries and processing customer orders.
• Supporting the client advisor with administrative and client-oriented tasks in day-to-day business.
• Comprehensive insights into the entire range of services offered by UBS.
• An integral part of achieving team goals and improving customer satisfaction.

Your team

You will be part of the Global FIM Europe team in Zurich, where we work with external asset managers and multi-family offices across Europe.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in commercial banking or equivalent training.
• At least 2 years experience as.
• Familiarity with opening accounts.
• Passion for customer interaction and.
• Collaborative team player with genuine interest.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages.
