Client Advisory

The position as Client Advisor in the Personal & Corporate Banking division at UBS Card Center AG in Glattbrugg involves advising clients worldwide by telephone and answering client queries. The job requires very good language skills and the ability to work independently and reliably.

Job description

The role

  • Telephone advice for our customers worldwide (inbound only)
  • Answering customer queries about invoices, payments and credit card availability
  • Supporting our customers with questions about all e-services
  • Building up comprehensive knowledge of our products, processes and services
  • In the event of an unexpected incident / emergency, such as card loss or fraud, you are there to support our customers
