The role

• Telephone advice for our customers worldwide (inbound only)
• Answering customer queries about invoices, payments and credit card availability
• Supporting our customers with questions about all e-services
• Building up comprehensive knowledge of our products, processes and services
• In the event of an unexpected incident / emergency, such as card loss or fraud, you are there to support our customers

To strengthen our day team in the Contact Center in Glattbrugg, we are looking for motivated language talents who enjoy telephone customer contact. To ensure a professional induction, a 100% workload is required for the first month.
