Vontobel is seeking a motivated Client Associate for its External Asset Manager (EAM) department in Zurich to manage client portfolios and serve as an expert for administrative tasks. The position requires experience in the banking industry and strong skills in customer service and financial products.
Job description: Client Associate EAM Desk Zurich
Tasks
- Take over and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client's needs first
- Expert in the management of client accounts (cash management, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, renewal of fiduciary deposits, etc.)
- Anticipation of new risks through close monitoring of risk and compliance indicators
- Supporting relationship managers in KYC-related matters, organizing client meetings
- Secure opening and closing of accounts
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry, experience in dealing with EAMs would be an advantage
- Strong team player and strong interest in providing high quality customer service
- Good understanding of financial products and markets
- Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS Office)
