Client Associate EAM Desk Zurich
Vontobel is looking for a motivated Client Associate for its External Asset Manager (EAM) department in Zurich who puts the client first and supports the management of client portfolios. The position includes the administration of client accounts and the monitoring of risks and compliance indicators.

Tasks
- Take over and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client's needs first
- Specialist in customer account management (cash management, transfers, stock market orders and execution control, renewal of trust deposits, etc.)
- Anticipation of new risks through close monitoring of risk and compliance indicators
- Supporting relationship managers in KYC matters and organizing customer meetings
- Secure opening and closing of accounts
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry, experience in dealing with EAMs would be an advantage
- Strong team player and strong interest in providing high quality customer service
- Good understanding of financial products and markets
- Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS Office)
