Client Associate
For the Private Clients Division in Lugano, Vontobel is looking for a motivated and dedicated Client Associate to prioritize client needs and assist in the management of client accounts. The position includes taking responsibility for a client portfolio and working with Relationship Managers.
Job description: Client Associate Lugano (80-100%)
Tasks
- Take over and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client's needs first
- Specialist in the management of client accounts (cash management, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, renewal of fiduciary deposits, etc.)
- Anticipation of new risks through close monitoring of risk and compliance indicators
- Supporting relationship managers in KYC matters, organizing client meetings and preparing investment proposals
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry
- Fluency in Italian and English and effective communication skills; knowledge of German would be an advantage
- Strong team player and strong interest in providing high quality customer service
- Good understanding of financial products and markets
- Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS Office)
