Job description: Client Associate
Tasks
- Take over and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client's needs first.
- Expert in the management of client accounts (cash management, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, valuation of fiduciary accounts, etc.).
- Anticipation of new risks through close monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
- Supporting relationship managers in KYC-related matters, organizing client meetings.
- Secure opening and closing of accounts.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position within the banking industry, experience in dealing with EAMs would be an advantage.
- Strong team player and keen interest in providing quality customer service.
- Good understanding of financial products and markets.
- Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS Office).
