Client Data Management

Your role

Are you detail-oriented and motivated? Would you like to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team? We’re looking for someone like you to:

• to support our Client Data Management Team
• be responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of client data attributes
• respond to inquiries and requests from sales representatives and other client lifecycle teams
• to take responsibility for appropriately escalating and coordinating the resolution of identified issues with the relevant parties
• work effectively with partner functions to improve the process and eliminate recurring issues/exceptions

Your team

You will be part of our Client Data Management Team in Opfikon, Zurich. This is a client lifecycle maintenance role. In this role, you will support the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of client data on Swiss and global platforms. You will work closely with several business units (FX, FI, EQ, IBD, WM) and use a wide range of tools and systems.

Your expertise

You have:

• strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• the ability to work accurately with complex data
• strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in data management, onboarding, or financial operations (preferred)
• Motivation to focus on specific client issues
