The Client Data Periodical Review Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for overseeing a team that performs periodic reviews of client data and ensures that data quality remains high. The manager leads a team of around ten employees, assists with the distribution of tasks and is an expert in periodic reviews.

Missions

- Oversee the Client Data team based in Portugal, responsible for periodic reviews.
- Organize and prioritize: You support and ensure an optimal distribution of files in the Client Data Support Office team of about ten employees.
- Be a reference expert for periodic reviews: You will support your team by contributing your expertise to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ensuring data quality: You ensure that customer data in the reference databases remains consistent, accurate and homogeneous in the long term.
- Represent the team: You are the central contact person for Client Data Periodical Review within the Group for the areas under your responsibility.
- Train and support your employees: you ensure the development of the Client Data team's skills and the updating of your activities' procedures.

Minimal experience:
- 3-5 years
Experience:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in KYC/AML, ideally in a private banking environment.
- You already have initial successful experience in team management or operational management.
