Tasks

• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of account documentation and customer data for account opening and lifecycle management.
• Assist compliance administrators in collecting, processing, and supplementing missing documents and information.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (tax, legal, compliance) to continuously optimize and improve processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Completion of a business apprenticeship (banking apprenticeship preferred) or equivalent training.
• A highly organized, structured, and meticulous approach to work.
