Client Documentation Specialist
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Client Documentation Generalist who will be responsible for managing client documentation and performing administrative tasks in the area of wealth management. The ideal candidate will have an academic or banking education and at least 2 years of experience in a similar field.
Tasks
The Client Documentation Service supports Bank Julius Baer Europe S.A. clients throughout all phases of the client lifecycle. Its tasks include:- External asset manager
- External financial manager
- Self-managed portfolios
- Discretionary portfolio management
- Special requirements
- Smaller account management
- Changes in the customer lifecycle
- Opening of new cash accounts
- New portfolios
- New mandates
- Cancellation of powers of attorney
- Creation of new powers of attorney
- Changes to signing rights
- Scanning and indexing waiver forms
- Management of missing documents
- Modification of static data
- Scanning, uploading, and indexing
- Administration of estates
- Management of special conditions
- Management of e-services and DDS
- CDS rating for new accounts
- Check that all necessary forms are available and correctly completed
- Ensuring that data and information in the forms are consistent and match the identity documents
Requirements
The following requirements apply to this position:- Academic or banking background and/or initial professional experience (at least 2 years) in a similar field
- Experience with T24 (web) and TripleA+ is an advantage.
- Organizational and planning skills for daily business transactions
- Conscientious, self-reliant, customer- and service-oriented
- Good knowledge of Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Fluent spoken and written English; other languages are an advantage
