Client Documentation Specialist
The Client Documentation Generalist at Julius Baer is responsible for managing client documentation and performing administrative tasks throughout the entire client lifecycle. The position requires an academic or banking education and at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar field.
Tasks
- Client Documentation Service for clients of Bank Julius Baer Europe S.A. throughout all stages of the client lifecycle
- A comprehensive range of services, including advisory offices in Luxembourg, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, and Italy
- Management of:
- External asset managers
- External financial administrators
- Self-managed portfolios
- Discretionary portfolio management
- Special requirements
- Minor account management
- Changes in the customer lifecycle
- Opening a New Cash Account
- New portfolios
- New mandates
- Cancellation of powers of attorney
- Create a New Power of Attorney
- Changes to signature rights
- Scanning and indexing waiver forms
- Management of missing documents
- Other responsibilities:
- Modification of static data
- Scanning/uploading and indexing
- estate administration
- Management of special conditions
- E-service and DDS administration
- CDS rating for new accounts
- Verify that all required forms are available and have been filled out correctly
Requirements
- Academic or banking background and/or initial professional experience (at least 2 years) in a similar field
- Experience with T24 (web) and TripleA+ is an advantage.
- Organizational and planning skills for daily business transactions
- Conscientious, self-reliant, customer- and service-oriented
- Good knowledge of Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Fluent spoken and written English; other languages are an advantage
