Client Documentation Specialist

Job description

The Client Documentation Service supports Bank Julius Baer Europe S.A. clients throughout all phases of the client lifecycle. The offering includes advisory offices in Luxembourg, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

Tasks

The duties of the Client Documentation Generalist include:

• External asset management
• External financial management
• Self-managed portfolios
• Discretionary portfolio management
• Special requirements
• Smaller account management
• Changes in the customer lifecycle, such as:
• New cash account opening
• New portfolios
• New mandates
• Cancellation of powers of attorney
• Creation of new powers of attorney
• Changes to signature rights
• Scanning and indexing waiver forms
• Management of missing documents
• estate administration
• Management of special conditions
• E-service and DDS administration
• CDS rating for new accounts
• Check that all necessary forms are available and correctly completed
• Ensuring that data and information in the forms are consistent and that the static data matches the identity documents, advisory certificates, and various other documents required for the customer

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• Academic or banking background and/or initial professional experience (at least 2 years) in a similar field
• Experience with T24 (web) and TripleA+ is an advantage.
• Organizational and planning skills for daily business transactions
• Conscious, self-reliant, customer- and service-oriented approach to work and thinking
• Good knowledge of Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Fluent spoken and written English; other languages are an advantage
