Job description

The Client Documentation Service supports Bank Julius Baer Europe S.A. clients throughout all phases of the client lifecycle. The offering includes advisory offices in Luxembourg, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

Tasks

The tasks include:
  • Client documentation for external asset managers, external financial administrators, self-managed portfolios, discretionary asset management, and special cases
  • Management of changes in the customer lifecycle, such as opening new accounts, new portfolios, new mandates, deleting powers of attorney, and creating new powers of attorney
  • Scanning and indexing of documents, administration of estates and special conditions
  • Management of e-services and DDS, CDS assessment for new accounts, and form verification

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:
  • Academic or banking background and/or initial professional experience (at least 2 years) in a similar field
  • Experience with T24 (web) and TripleA+ is an advantage.
  • Organizational and planning skills for daily business transactions
  • Conscientious, independent, customer- and service-oriented
  • Good knowledge of Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Fluent spoken and written English; other languages are an advantage
