Client Documentation Specialist
Julius Baer Bank is seeking a Client Documentation Generalist who will be responsible for managing client documentation and reviewing documents. The ideal candidate will have an academic or banking education and at least 2 years of experience in a similar field.
Tasks
- Client Documentation Service for the entire customer lifecycle
- Extensive range of services, including advisory offices in several countries
- Management of customer records, including:
- External asset managers
- External financial managers
- Self-managed portfolios
- Discretionary portfolio management
- special cases
- Minor account management
- Changes in the customer lifecycle, such as new account openings, new portfolios, new mandates, etc.
- Review and management of customer records, including:
- Verification of identity documents
- Review of corporate structures and ownership relationships
- Administration of special conditions and inheritance administration
Requirements
- Academic or banking background and/or initial professional experience (at least 2 years) in a similar field
- Experience with T24 (web) and TripleA+ is an advantage.
- Organizational and planning skills for daily business transactions
- Conscientious, independent, customer- and service-oriented
- Good knowledge of Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Fluent spoken and written English; other languages are an advantage
