Client Documentation Specialist 100% (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Client Documentation Specialist to handle the modification of client master data, various projects, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have completed commercial training and have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of bank client documentation.
Tasks
- Request for missing documents and information from the front
- Supporting front-line teams with questions related to customer documentation and data
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders (tax, legal, compliance) to continuously optimize and improve processes and procedures
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (banking training is an advantage) or equivalent training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of bank customer documentation
- Business proficiency in English and German
