Client Forms Publishing Specialist

Tasks
The Client Forms Publishing Specialist is a cross-functional expert who ensures the integrity of the form lifecycle process. He or she performs the tasks necessary to deploy a new or modified form to all relevant business interfaces. Responsibilities include:- Take responsibility for the form lifecycle process and all related tasks
- Support and Training for Business Representatives in the Form Lifecycle Process
- Conducting impact analyses and evaluations for new or updated forms
- Establishing and maintaining close communication with the IT department
- Testing and Correcting Form Updates in the Diamond Account Opening Solution
- Ensuring reliable versioning and synchronization of form updates
Requirements
The requirements for the Client Forms Publishing Specialist are:- Successful completion of vocational training or an academic degree
- Some work experience is a plus
- (Self-)Organization and Planning Skills for Day-to-Day Business Operations
- A conscientious, self-reliant, customer- and service-oriented approach to work and problem-solving
- A high degree of care and precision
- Fluent spoken and written English; other languages are an advantage
