Client Forms Publishing Specialist, Luxembourg
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Client Forms Publishing Specialist in Luxembourg who will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the forms lifecycle process and providing support in the creation and publication of forms. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training or holds an academic degree, has strong organizational skills, and has a very good command of English.
Tasks
- Assume responsibility for the form lifecycle process and all related tasks
- Support and training for business partners on the steps of the form lifecycle process
- Conducting impact analyses and evaluations for new or updated forms
- Establishing and maintaining close communication with the IT department
- Testing and Potential Corrections to Form Designs in the Diamond Account Opening Solution
- Reliable version control and synchronization of form development
Requirements
- Successful completion of vocational training or an academic degree
- Previous work experience is preferred
- (Self-)Organization and Planning Skills for Day-to-Day Business Operations
- A conscientious, self-reliant, customer- and service-oriented approach to work and thinking
- A high degree of care and precision
- Fluent spoken and written English; other languages are an advantage
