Client Forms Publishing Specialist, Luxembourg
We are looking for a Client Forms Publishing Specialist in Luxembourg who will be responsible for managing the form lifecycle process and supporting business partners with form management. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training or holds an academic degree, has strong organizational skills, and is fluent in English.
Tasks
The Client Forms Publishing Specialist is a cross-functional expert who ensures the integrity of the form lifecycle process. Responsibilities include:- Take responsibility for the form lifecycle process and all related tasks
- Support and Training for Business Partners in the Form Lifecycle Process
- Conducting impact analyses and evaluations for new or updated forms
- Establishing and maintaining close communication with the IT department
- Testing and Correcting Form Updates in the Diamond Account Opening Solution
- Ensuring reliable versioning and synchronization of form updates
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:- Completed vocational training or academic education
- Some work experience is a plus
- (Self-)Organization and Planning Skills for Day-to-Day Business Operations
- A conscientious, self-reliant, customer- and service-oriented work style
- A high degree of care and precision
- Fluent spoken and written English; other languages are an advantage
