Job description
The Client Forms Publishing Specialist is a cross-functional expert who ensures the integrity of the form lifecycle process. He or she handles all end-to-end tasks required to deploy a new or modified form to all relevant business interfaces.Tasks
- Take responsibility for the form lifecycle process and all related tasks.
- Support and training for business representatives on the steps of the form lifecycle process.
- Conducting impact analyses and evaluations for new or updated forms.
- Establish and maintain close communication with the IT department.
- Testing and potential corrections to form updates in the Diamond Account Opening solution.
- Reliable version control and synchronization of form updates.
Requirements
- Successful completion of vocational training or an academic degree.
- Some work experience is a plus.
- (Self-)organization and planning skills for day-to-day business operations.
- A conscientious, self-reliant, customer- and service-oriented approach to work and problem-solving.
- A high degree of care and precision.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
