Client Investment Reporting Specialist
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Client Investment Reporting Specialist who will be responsible for preparing and monitoring client investment reports, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness. The ideal candidate should have at least 2–3 years of experience in the financial industry and a solid understanding of investment products and methodologies.
Tasks
- Provide responsive support to Front Office users regarding client investment reporting inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent service
- Assist in the processing of multi-bank reporting services, ensuring the accuracy of data received from various platforms
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in operations within a financial services environment
- A solid understanding of investment products and their key features
- Demonstrable knowledge of portfolio valuation methods and performance measurement principles
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); strong German language skills are highly preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with portfolio reporting platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence
