Client Lifecycle & Business Support Manager

The Client Lifecycle & Business Support Manager at Incore Corporate Services in Madrid supports teams with client documentation, onboarding processes, and compliance tasks, and is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Tasks

As a Client Lifecycle & Business Support Manager, you will work closely with the Business Support team and our Client Relationship & Sales (CRS) colleagues in Switzerland. Your responsibilities will include supporting our teams with client documentation, onboarding processes, and compliance-related tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring that all procedures comply with internal and regulatory standards and for providing operational support to the Business Support and Client Relationship & Sales (CRS) teams. You will report directly to the Head of Business Support and be responsible for the timely and efficient execution of assigned tasks, such as: * Serving as the first line of defense for client onboarding in the Brokerage & Global Custody, Payment Services, and Digital Asset Services business units * Supporting Relationship Managers and Sales Managers on the Client Relationship & Sales (CRS) team with various daily administrative tasks * Conducting periodic client reviews in accordance with internal guidelines * Creating digital client files in accordance with internal guidelines and formats; Managing all required forms and documents * Preparing KYC documents for existing and new clients * Operational activities related to onboarding/change of circumstances, various types of client screenings that meet all compliance requirements and necessary due diligence

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should: * Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, banking, law, or a related field (advanced education is a plus) * 3–5 years of experience in banking, particularly in client onboarding, due diligence, or compliance * Knowledge of corporate or B2B banking is a plus * Strong knowledge of due diligence, client documentation, and KYC processes * Fluency in English is required; Spanish is preferred but not mandatory. German or another language is a plus
