Client Lifecycle & Business Support Manager

The Client Lifecycle & Business Support Manager at Incore Corporate Services in Madrid supports teams with client documentation, onboarding processes, and compliance tasks, and is responsible for ensuring compliance with international and regulatory standards. The position requires 3–5 years of experience in banking, particularly in client onboarding, due diligence, or compliance.

Tasks

As a Client Lifecycle & Business Support Manager, you will work closely with the Business Support and Client Relationship & Sales (CRS) teams in Switzerland. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting teams with customer documentation, onboarding processes, and compliance-related tasks
  • Ensure that all processes comply with international and regulatory standards and provide operational support to the Business Support and Client Relationship & Sales (CRS) teams
  • The primary point of contact for client onboarding in the Brokerage & Global Custody, Payment Services, and Digital Asset Services business units
  • Assisting relationship managers and sales managers on the Client Relationship & Sales (CRS) team with various daily administrative tasks
  • Creating digital client files in accordance with internal policies and formats, and managing all necessary forms and documents
  • Preparation of KYC documents for existing and new customers
  • Operational activities related to onboarding and changes in circumstances, as well as various types of customer screening, all of which meet compliance requirements and involve the necessary due diligence activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, banking, law, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred)
  • Have 3–5 years of experience in banking, particularly in customer onboarding, due diligence, or compliance
  • Experience in corporate or B2B banking is a plus
  • Have strong knowledge of due diligence, customer documentation, and KYC processes
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is preferred but not required; German or another language is a plus)
