Client Lifecycle Management Analyst

The Client Lifecycle Management Analyst supports the Client Lifecycle Management team in managing tasks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in Private Banking. Key responsibilities include reviewing and validating documentation, executing post-trade documentation and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Tasks

  • Review client lifecycle management tasks to ensure they are completed accurately and on time
  • Administration of Client Lifecycle Management-related (business) topics
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements on the sell and buy side
  • Administration of client lifecycle management-related (operational) topics

Main tasks

  • Onboarding: Review and validation of client lifecycle management documentation received from Corporate and Private Clients, Corporate and Private Banking, Global Markets, Investment Center/DGS
  • Dealing: Review, validation and execution of corporate client lifecycle management post-trade documentation
  • Client Lifecycle: Review/validation of Corporate Client Lifecycle Management

Requirements

  • Knowledge of EMEA interest rates and/or MENA markets from an A&RRD perspective
  • Previous working knowledge of all regulatory complexities and controls within the Swiss private banking or financial services sector
  • At least a BSc degree in a relevant field or equivalent
  • Experience in risk and compliance, ideally within a financial institution
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix
  • Experience in client lifecycle management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage IT systems, e.g. Temenos, and work effectively and efficiently with all software solutions (Finacle, Excel, Dealhub, Outlook, etc.)
  • Due to the transnational operations in Switzerland, we can only consider applications from EU citizens or persons with a work or residence permit for Switzerland
