Client Lifecycle Management Analyst

The Client Lifecycle Management Analyst will support the front office team in managing client lifecycle management tasks, including onboarding, client profiling and compliance requirements. The position is for 12 months and offers an opportunity to be part of a global financial institution in Switzerland.

Client Lifecycle Management Analyst - fixed contract 12 months

Tasks

  • Administration of client lifecycle management tasks
  • Provide administrative and operational support to front office staff for all new or existing clients in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) with the following objectives:
    • Onboarding
    • Customer profiling
    • CDD/EDD/sanctions management
    • Customer verification
    • Handover to relationship management
    • KRI (Key Risk Indicator) management
    • Other projects as required
  • Administrative and technical support for the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) process
  • Build internal and external customer relationships to ensure compliance with internal and external policies

Requirements

  • At least a B.Sc. degree in relevant studies or professional qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role (CLM, KYC, Compliance, ...)
  • Knowledge of CERDOC and/or AMF regulations; SREP & IOB
  • Ability to successfully set priorities with all levels of employees and management
  • Adequate IT skills: Ability to perform simple tests and efficiently use all software tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, etc.
  • Due to the transnational nature of the bank, we can only consider applications from EU or Swiss citizens or holders of a work permit for Switzerland
