Tasks
- They are the single point of contact (SPoC) for all types of customer onboarding and service requests and support all business areas.
- Your daily tasks include:
- Analysis, validation and receipt of market related information/customer onboarding related information/documents, escalation, resolution.
- Delivery of results as part of the Corporate Client Onboarding Process (CCOP) and the associated client onboarding.
- Your main tasks:
- CDM analysis (Client Data Modification): Validation of requests and integrity of changes via The PCISA (Production Client Information Security Access).
- Data management: Monitoring of GMIAs throughout the entire cycle.
- You will too:
- provide tactical and operational support to front office staff of all new or existing retail banking clients.
- Manage customer onboarding.
- Manage customer data modifications.
- Manage escalations.
- Ensure progress in CISO procedures and risk appetite.
- Assess whether new products/services entail risks for the Group and the bank.
- Propose opportunities for HSBC Private Bank to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Deliver the customer experience as required by the CISO, taking into account regulatory constraints.
Requirements
- Knowledge of EU/CH data protection regulations, e.g. FOCP/DPIT certification.
- Proven working knowledge of AML, regulatory guidelines and controls in Swiss private banking or financial services.
- At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the analysis of digitized information and management.
- Professional certifications, e.g. CFA, ISOA, CISA or CISM, required.
- Experience in data analysis, digitization and management.
- Very good communication skills.
- Experience in business continuity and risk management or banking.
- Core competencies in soft skills and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written expression and good fluency.
- Strong team spirit.
- Ability to influence and lead successfully at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in IT with the ability to design or review simple tools and use all software tools effectively (e.g. Excel, Access, MS Visio, etc.).
