The opportunity: Client Lifecycle Management Operations & Servicing Analyst
You will be part of HSBC in Switzerland, close to our clients and our business. The CLM Operations & Servicing Analyst is responsible for managing sales related customer lifecycle events. The CLM Operations & Servicing Analyst is a front office role responsible for managing sales related customer lifecycle events. The role includes:- The initial organization and coordination in the front office
- The technical closure of all assets in the bank
- Facilitating administrative tasks in order to adapt them to the right processes
- The management and completion of all daily reports (tax gross income and withholding tax details)
- The administration of MIFID in the role of investment advice (e.g. suitability reports)
- The CLM Operations & Servicing Analyst will also support C2 in delivering a high level of service to our customers. This includes:
- Guidance on documentation
- Initial approach to change management
- Decentralized registration within defined thresholds
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the financial services sector
- Working knowledge of AML, regulatory guidelines and controls in the banking and financial services sector
