UBS is looking for a Client Manager to provide telephone and written advice on digital banking products, support clients with technical and banking issues and work in shifts. The position can be full-time or part-time.

Tasks
- help our customers with technical and application-specific questions
- offer efficient advice, including on banking-related queries about the account range and card blocking
- use your language skills in a targeted manner
- serve our customers 24/7 in shifts
- Special working hours are remunerated accordingly
Location and working hours
- Main location is Bern
- CSS also offers home office options depending on the situation
- This position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis
Requirements
- Completed banking apprenticeship or training
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Technical flair and understanding
- Willingness to work constantly and independently
- Ability to explain complex issues clearly and simply
- Proficiency in the following languages: German (mother tongue or very good knowledge), French (good knowledge)
- Empathy, commitment and resilience
- Existing experience in shift work
