Client Manager

UBS is looking for a Client Manager to provide telephone and written advice on digital banking products, support clients with technical and banking issues and work in shifts. The position can be full-time or part-time.

The role

  • Do you appreciate customer contact on the phone?

Tasks

  • help our customers with technical and application-specific questions
  • offer efficient advice, including on banking-related queries about the account range and card blocking
  • use your language skills in a targeted manner
  • serve our customers 24/7 in shifts
  • Special working hours are remunerated accordingly

Location and working hours

  • Main location is Bern
  • CSS also offers home office options depending on the situation
  • This position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis

Requirements

  • Completed banking apprenticeship or training
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Technical flair and understanding
  • Willingness to work constantly and independently
  • Ability to explain complex issues clearly and simply
  • Proficiency in the following languages: German (mother tongue or very good knowledge), French (good knowledge)
  • Empathy, commitment and resilience
  • Existing experience in shift work
