Client Manager

The position as Client Manager at UBS in Gümlingen offers an attractive entry-level opportunity in the corporate client business, particularly in administrative support for corporate client advisors. The main tasks include client advisory, administrative activities and communication with clients and internal partners.

The role

For our team in Gümligen we are looking for Client Managers to provide administrative support to our corporate client advisors. In your function you will:
  • Take on varied and responsible support tasks and complete them independently
  • Competent and solution-oriented processing of customer inquiries and orders
  • Create or renew documents
  • Maintaining a dialog with our customers, whether by written correspondence or by telephone
  • Work with various internal partners, including the company's account managers, to find the best solutions for our clients
  • Represent Client Solutions Switzerland to the outside world with your outstanding service quality

  • Completed banking apprenticeship or interest in financial customer business
  • Ability to deal with complex issues
  • A quick grasp of things, fluency in German and English
