Client Manager

The role
- Recognize the needs of our corporate customers as the first point of contact on the phone
- offer competent advice on various banking issues
- Precisely identify customer needs and find suitable solutions

- You work in the Inbound Team Support Corporate Clients in Client Solutions Switzerland (CSS) at various locations
- a wide range of services and advice in the telephone, administrative and digital areas
Requirements
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Passion for sales and the talent to inspire and convince people
- Ability to handle complex issues with routine in the use of IT
- Fluent German and command of English
- Empathy, resilience and flexibility
