Client Manager

The position as Client Manager at UBS in Zurich involves providing telephone and written advice to clients on digital banking products, in particular on technical and banking issues. The focus is on client advice and relationship management in the area of Personal & Corporate Banking.

The role

Do you enjoy customer contact on the phone? Do you enjoy working in a young and dynamic team? Do you want to be constantly up to date in the digital world? We are looking for Client Managers to provide telephone and written advice on our digital banking products. The position is limited until the end of September 2026.

  • help our customers and clients with technical and application-specific questions
  • offer efficient advice, including on banking-related queries about account balances and card blocking
  • use your language skills in a targeted manner
  • serve our customers 24/7 in shifts
  • Special working hours are remunerated accordingly
