Client Offboard

The Client Offboarder position involves extensive client offboarding processing, working with various teams and supporting the front office. The focus is on coordinating activities, managing standard processes and identifying risk factors.

Job description

Tasks

  • End-to-end handling of client offboardings, i.e. orchestration of all necessary activities with relevant internal partners, including money transfers, asset transfers, product terminations (e.g. cards, loans) and deposit/account/relationship deactivation
  • Collaboration with other teams, e.g. asset transfer team, front/back office
  • Supporting the front office with certain responsibilities (e.g. customer contact, product sales, closing mandates)
  • Managing standard operating procedures and working on process improvements
  • Identification of risk points and escalation to senior management

Requirements

  • Commercial training/diploma or comparable
  • Language skills: good knowledge of English and German (written and oral). Other languages are an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Curious, willing to learn and good with IT
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Solution-oriented way of thinking (e.g. proactive)
  • Responsible and risk-aware. Ability to work independently
