Your role

As a Client Onboarding Officer at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing client records and client data to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data throughout the client lifecycle with the Bank and to provide excellent service to all units of the Bank.

Your tasks

  • Review and process all account openings to ensure smooth operations for customers
  • Support and work closely with our Relationship Managers to enable them to further develop their business
  • Management of physical and electronic static data throughout a customer's lifecycle
  • Verification of customer signatures on documents and instructions
  • Developing a deep understanding of the bank's processes, products and services

Your profile

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in the Swiss financial market, review of account openings from a CDB perspective
  • Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements such as AML, FATCA/QI and CRS
  • Experience with Avaloq
  • Ability to assess problems and set priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and hands-on mentality
  • Fluency in English
