CLIENT ONBOARDING & SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST (BASED IN SINGAPORE OR HONG KONG)About the role

- Own and coordinate the entire client lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence (KYC/AML), account setup, trade support, and ongoing client maintenance - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across Sales, Structuring, Middle Office, Back Office, and Compliance to ensure the smooth and timely execution of client activities - Manage client onboarding by working directly with clients to collect, review, and validate required documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards - Conduct due diligence reviews, including AML/KYC screenings, PEP and adverse media assessments, and client risk classification to ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., MAS, SFDI, DFSI) - Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the entire lifecycle, including regular reviews and updates - Support transaction execution by coordinating trade bookings, structured product processes, and post-trade activities to ensure all operational steps are completed accurately and efficiently - Monitor and resolve issues throughout the trade lifecycle by proactively troubleshooting and coordinating with relevant teams to minimize delays or risks - Support the sales teams in their daily activities by managing inquiries, preparing client materials (presentations, reports, analyses), and ensuring that client-related matters are followed up on in a timely manner - Manage operational processes such as the processing of distribution fees and related system updates - Ensure data integrity across systems by updating and maintaining client and transaction information to support both operational accuracy and reporting - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, improving workflows, and supporting the implementation of new tools, systems, or regulatory requirements - Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring that client records are transparent and accurateRequirements
- 3–5 years of experience in client onboarding (KYC/AML), sales support, operations, or related roles in the financial services sector - Solid understanding of KYC, AML/KYC requirements, and client onboarding processes - Knowledge of structured products and/or derivatives is a strong plus - Familiarity with the regulatory frameworks of Singapore, Hong Kong, or comparable jurisdictions - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field - Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure - Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM-Job details
