As a Client Opening Specialist, you will be responsible for processing client openings, maintaining client master data and supporting client support. You will also work on the implementation of innovations and process adjustments and create process and work instructions.

Tasks
- You mutate customer master data in Avaloq
- You provide high-quality answers to inquiries from our internal customers and thus support our customer service department in opening up new customer relationships
- You work on the implementation of innovations and process adjustments
- You create process and work instructions
- You support the implementation of system tests (release and functional tests)
Requirements
- Customer openings and/or in the compliance department of a bank
- Good knowledge of the legal and statutory requirements for banks, in particular CDB, GwG and GwV
- Committed, resilient and team-oriented person
- Independent and reliable work
- Knowledge of the Avaloq banking system
- Basic knowledge of project methodology
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German and French
