Under the Conviction Equities boutique, the mtx and Impact & Thematic teams manage EM equity, impact, and thematic global equity portfolios serving institutional investors worldwide. The mtx team is a key player in the EM equities space with over 12 years of experience and CHF 4.4 billion in assets under management, while the Impact & Thematic team has over 15 years of experience in impact investing, focusing on small and medium-sized companies exposed to key structural trends, and manages CHF 2.8 billion.Requirements
