Under the Conviction Equities boutique, the mtx and Impact & Thematic teams manage emerging market equity, impact, and thematic global equity portfolios that serve institutional investors worldwide. The mtx team is a key player in the EM equity sector with over 12 years of experience and CHF 4.4 billion in assets under management, while the Impact & Thematic team has over 15 years of experience in impact investing, focuses on small and medium-sized companies exposed to key structural trends, and manages CHF 2.8 billion.Requirements
