Client Relations Associate (Italian Speaker) - 12m

Man Group is seeking an Italian-speaking Client Relations Associate for a 12-month contract position in London to support the sales team in serving professional clients. The position offers the opportunity for conversion to a permanent position upon successful completion of the contract term.

Tasks

  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for all day-to-day customer inquiries
  • Monitoring GDS (data and other research, articles) and preparing comments on all research related to the initial investment process, market forecasts, risk management, and investment principles
  • Supporting the sales team in executing capital increase targets and client prospectuses
  • Responsible for Compliance Due Diligence Questionnaires
  • Manage customer onboarding processes while providing appropriate and consistent reports
  • Correspondence with domestic and international customers to promote both new business and growth
  • Analysis of accounts, strategies, portfolios, and other performance metrics
  • Creating customizable presentations and scheduling meetings for our client base
  • Direct implementation of ongoing FAF and compliance activities
  • Communication with the Company and Management
  • Organization and implementation of asset management engagements, as well as ongoing management of client agreements in appropriate private transactions and compliance reports
  • Coordinating client analyses and agreements, changes to broker notes, and the use of order information agreements in collaboration with our compliance team

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian
  • Ideally, at least one year of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with international clients
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on finance/economics, accounting, business, investment, or risk management
  • Effective communication skills, well-written summaries, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with customers, prospects, and within team-based environments
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
