Client Relations Associate (Italian Speaker)
M&G Italia is seeking an Italian-speaking Client Relations Associate for a 12-month fixed-term position to provide personalized financial advice to institutional and private clients. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in the banking or asset management sector, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

About the Role
- We are looking for a junior consultant with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of market trends and economic indicators.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
- Capable of developing original ideas and presentations for complex pitches.
- Active participation in various projects and initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, along with some familiarity with other IT tools used on a daily basis in our office (e.g., Excel, Visio, etc.).
- Excellent command of both English and Italian is required; knowledge of Spanish would certainly be helpful but is not mandatory.
- A minimum of three years of prior professional experience in either the banking or asset management sector is strongly preferred, although recent college graduates may also apply if they do not yet meet these qualifications.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are already working toward obtaining relevant certifications in their respective fields, such as CFA®, FRM®, CPC, etc.

- Excellent analytical reasoning skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with relevant industry terminology and jargon associated with the specific role(s).
- A proven track record of achieving assigned objectives in a timely manner.
- Excellent customer-facing skills when interacting with a diverse range of audiences, from executives to staff members.
- Outstanding ability to work as part of a team in collaborative environments involving cross-functional teams composed of individuals with different functional specializations and complementary expertise.
