The position of Client Relations Associate offers the opportunity to provide associate-level support to the U.S. sales team.Tasks
The specific responsibilities include:- The following individuals serve as points of contact for day-to-day customer inquiries:
- Maintain the CRM system, including customer information, activities, and the sales pipeline, and coordinate all ad hoc requests and ongoing reports to senior management
- Support the U.S. sales team on all projects related to the existing customer base and collaborate with various internal stakeholders to improve the team's efficiency
- Manage the customer onboarding process by providing support and guidelines for complex investment transactions
- Coordinate and prepare client presentations, client testimonials, and due diligence meetings
- Provide customized, standardized, and ad hoc reports to our North American customer base
- Carry out the onboarding process and ongoing maintenance of these agreements to ensure that all information flows are communicated in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform other related tasks, such as coordinating customer restrictions, trading errors, and changes to trade notes in collaboration with the compliance team
Requirements
The most important requirements are:- Interest in active and alternative asset classes, including systematic and discretionary public equities and bonds (long-only and hedge funds), managed futures, private equity, and real estate (directly and through funds)
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, experience at a financial services company
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to succeed in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- The ability to build strong working relationships with customers, prospects, and people at all levels of the company requires strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft skills (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), familiarity with Salesforce, MMO, and other sales management tools
