Client Relations Associate
The Client Relations Associate job provides support to the US sales team at Man Group, specifically handling client inquiries, managing CRM systems and coordinating client onboarding processes. The position requires experience in the financial markets and excellent organizational skills.

Tasks
- Serve as a dedicated contact person for all daily customer inquiries
- Maintain CRM systems with client records, including timely reporting to senior management, including annual business plans and monthly/quarterly review meetings
- Support the US Wealth Sales team as needed on any projects that impact the existing client base and collaborate with various internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness of the team
- Manage the client onboarding process by providing support and direction for complex investor transitions
- Coordinate client portfolio reviews, operational due diligence meetings, RFP and DDQ fulfillment, manage client outreach campaigns, annual information requests and client capital calls
- Deliver customized, standardized and ad hoc reporting to our North American client base
- Directly monitor the ongoing customer subscription and refund process to ensure that flows are communicated in a timely and accurate manner
- Organize and implement new commercial agreements and the ongoing maintenance of these agreements (e.g. performance, adjustment agreements, etc.)
- Collaborate with the man compliance team in the implementation of customer restriction lists, trade error notifications and side letter attestation processes
Requirements
- Experience in financial markets (including systematic and discretionary strategies), including but not limited to futures, private equity and fixed income (long-only and/or hedge funds), managed futures, private credit and real estate in a sales, investor relations or investment operations role in a financial services firm
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in a sales, investor relations or investment operations role in a financial services organization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, prospects and individuals at all levels of the Man organization
- Advanced Microsoft skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel). Familiarity with Salesforce, MMI and other sales management tools is an advantage
