Client Relations Associate
The Client Relations Associate job provides support to the US Wealth team at Man Group in New York. Primary responsibilities include handling client inquiries, managing CRM systems, and assisting with client onboarding and support.

Tasks
- Serve as a dedicated contact person for all daily customer inquiries
- Maintain CRM systems with client records, activity logs and calendars and consolidate all ad hoc requests and ongoing reporting to senior management, including annual business plans and monthly/quarterly reviews
- Support the US Wealth Sales team as needed on any projects that impact the existing client base and work with various internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness of the team
- Manage onboarding process for clients by providing support and direction for complete new business transactions
- Coordination of reviews of potential clients, operational due diligence meetings, BPP and DDQ completion
- Coordinate workflow with strategic partners and customer relations team to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Directly monitor ongoing customer subscription and refund processes to ensure flows are communicated in a timely and transparent manner
- Organize and implement new commercial agreements and the ongoing maintenance of these agreements (e.g. confirmations, reconciliations, platform configuration, etc.)
- Coordinate the implementation of customer restriction lists, trade error notification and side letter attestation process in collaboration with the Man Compliance team
Requirements
- Interest in all active alternative asset classes, including systematic and discretionary public equity and fixed income strategies, hedge funds, private equity and real assets
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in a sales, investment or operational role in a financial services organization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to succeed in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, prospects and individuals at all levels of the Man organization
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), familiarity with Salesforce, MDM and other sales management tools is an advantage

- Anticipated base salary range: $80,000-$115,000 + benefits + discretionary bonus
