Client Relations Associate

Job Profile Summary

• A London-based associate in Global Client Relations, supporting the Middle East Sales team and working closely with colleagues at our UK headquarters, our London headquarters, or our Asia-Pacific offices.

Specific Responsibilities

• Senior serves as a dedicated point of contact for day-to-day client relations.
• Manage high-touch client interactions in the UK, including those assigned to the middle office and pre-sales, with ongoing reporting to senior management, such as client analysis and presenting client opportunities to individual departments, including cross-selling and up-selling.
• Approve the Middle East team as nominated, reflecting our executives' current working hours and representing both offshore and onshore staff, while adhering to the parameters agreed upon regarding the financial implications for the team's structure.
• Manage the client onboarding process by providing support and guidance to help clients complete complex transactions.
• Coordinate operational processes—such as those requiring multi-party approvals, including P&L allocation verification, reconciliation, sub-out accounts, compliance reporting, and other tasks—with a thorough understanding and hands-on involvement. Coordinate and establish requirements for the UK and Australian markets.
• Report on outstanding balances and maintain relationships in our target jurisdictions in the MENA region.

Contribution Competencies

• Best regarded as a junior alternative asset investor who spends time analyzing and developing strategies across public equity and small- and mid-cap hedge fund opportunities.
• Thoroughly vetted technical requirements, with 4 years of experience as an analyst, investment associate, or investment associate in FICC or quantitative analysis, financial analysis, investment, and/or portfolio strategy.
• Familiar with Middle Eastern (Arabic) markets or with international management experience, or having completed an MBA.
• A genuine enthusiasm for the investment process and the ability to thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
