Client Relationship Manager Assistant

Your role

As an Assistant Relationship Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will serve as an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) by actively assisting them in managing client relationships and handling day-to-day client operations. In addition, you will help deliver a seamless client experience through the efficient execution of administrative, operational, and compliance-related tasks.

Your tasks

• Daily support with administrative and commercial activities
• Responding to customer inquiries via email or phone
• Handling account openings, closings, and other documentation
• Preparing for client meetings and occasional events
• Monitoring of client portfolios, execution of client orders, settlement of assets, and corporate actions
• Compliance with internal and external policies and regulations, including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, or completion of an apprenticeship or similar banking training
• At least 3 years of practical experience in private banking
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of the Avalog system is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work independently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, grounded in a strong work ethic, integrity, and a high sense of responsibility
• Fluent in English and French; knowledge of German is a plus
