Client Relationship Manager Assistant

Your role

As an Assistant Relationship Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will serve as an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) by actively assisting them in managing client relationships and handling day-to-day client operations. In addition, you will ensure a seamless client experience through the efficient execution of administrative, operational, and compliance-related tasks.

Your tasks

• Daily support with administrative and commercial activities
• Responding to customer inquiries via email or phone
• Handling account openings, closings, and other documentation
• Preparing for client meetings and occasional events
• Monitoring of client portfolios, processing of client orders, handling of investment maturities and corporate actions
• Compliance with internal and external policies and regulations, including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance or completion of a finance program or similar banking training
• At least 3 years of practical experience in private banking
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to weigh problems and set priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and a high degree of responsibility
• Fluent English; fluency in Russian and/or German is a plus
