Client Relationship Manager Assistant
As a Client Relationship Manager Assistant at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will support senior client advisors in administrative activities and be responsible for tasks such as account openings, client documentation and stock exchange transactions. The focus is on client relationship management, administrative support and marketing activities at the Bern office.
Your role
As a CRM assistant at the bank, you will support the senior client advisors in all administrative activities at the Bern office. You will be responsible for account openings, complete client documentation, recording and monitoring stock exchange transactions. You will also be responsible for welcoming clients and organizing and carrying out events and marketing activities.Your tasks
- Supporting the site manager in all matters
- Preparation of investment recommendations, execution and monitoring of stock exchange transactions
- Opening accounts and maintaining complete customer documentation
- Collaboration in the area of new customer acquisition at the Bern location
- (Joint) responsibility for local projects and initiatives in the areas of customer approach, product sales and marketing
- Mainly responsible for over-the-counter business and customer reception

Profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (banking apprenticeship an advantage)
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant function at a bank
- Interest in financial markets
- Good IT skills, especially MS Office applications
- Strong work ethic, integrity and a high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently
- Organizational skills
- Fluency in German; good knowledge of English; fluency in French is an advantage
