Client Relationship Manager for External Asset Managers

Your role

As Client Relationship Manager for External Asset Managers at our bank, you will be responsible for servicing existing clients as well as acquiring and building relationships with new EXAMs and family offices. You will provide ongoing service to the EXAM team in Basel, their clients and the associated end clients.

Your tasks

• Maintaining and developing existing EXAM relationships
• Develop solutions/processes that meet the expectations and objectives of EXAMs
• Providing research and investment solutions
• Promote the services offered by the bank
• Adhere to internal and external guidelines and compliance regulations such as FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.
• Prepare client meetings and events
• Manage refunds and associated commissions
• Respond to customer inquiries by e-mail or telephone
• Check, execute and monitor customer instructions (payments, stock exchange, changes to master data, etc.)
• Monitor credit lines and investment maturities
• Monitor administrative issues

Your profile

• University degree in finance or completed apprenticeship or similar banking training
• 5-10 years practical experience in finance
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to weigh and prioritize problems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong work ethic, integrity and high sense of responsibility
• Fluent in German and English
